DPU stands for Delivered at Place Unloaded. It is an Incoterm where the seller delivers the goods, unloaded, at the named place of destination. The seller bears all costs and risks up to and including the unloading at that place; from that point, all costs and risks transfer to the buyer, including further transport and import formalities.
