Loading equipment are aids such as pallets, rollers, lifting gear, and other devices used to load or unload goods. Under EXW, the seller makes the goods available at their premises or another named place. The buyer bears all costs and risks from that point onward, including loading and unloading and the provision of loading equipment, unless otherwise agreed in the contract. Loading equipment is not automatically supplied by the seller under EXW unless explicitly stated.
