recourse claim
Quelle: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/R%C3%BCckgriff
A recourse claim is a right of one party against another to recover, from that party, the damages it has already paid to a third party, typically when liability for the damage is shared or the payer is obligated to indemnify. In logistics, this may apply when a carrier or supplier pays damages to a consignee and seeks reimbursement from a co-liable party or supplier.
