Refers to the proof that the delivery obligations under the chosen Incoterm have been fulfilled. The term concerns evidence of a proper delivery by the seller (or seller/buyer depending on the Incoterm) that delivery has occurred in accordance with the selected Incoterm, and that risk transfer and contractual obligations are satisfied (e.g., delivery notes, receipt confirmations).
