partnerTopic Lifecycle

The partnerTopic Lifecycle describes the five stages through which a partner topic in a supply chain or collaboration environment is managed: definition of the topic, identification of relevant partners, implementation of information or communication requirements, ongoing monitoring and optimization, and retirement or deprecation of the topic when it becomes obsolete.
