Partial termination is the unilateral termination of part of a contract or of a subset of its obligations, while the remainder of the contract remains in force. In a logistics context, this means reducing the scope of services, for example terminating only a portion of a supply chain activity or canceling individual transport services, while the rest of the contract continues.
