A structured modeling approach for simulating and optimizing the phased transition of overland refrigerated transport networks (reefers) to electric propulsion and refrigeration systems. It integrates network topology, charging infrastructure, energy consumption, routing and scheduling constraints, thermal dynamics of the cargo, as well as cost and emission metrics to support sustainable decision-making in cold-chain logistics.
