In logistics, supply chain, and transport context: an intentional act that damages, destroys, conceals, alters, or otherwise interferes with evidence or records relevant to regulatory inspections, audits, incident investigations, or quality and safety compliance, thereby preventing authorities or investigators from establishing facts.
