A co-managed warehouse is a logistics arrangement in which warehouse management responsibilities are shared between the service provider (e.g., a 3PL) and the client. Both parties collaborate on planning, execution, and optimization of warehouse operations, leveraging real-time data sharing and aligned performance metrics to enhance inventory accuracy, labor productivity, and service levels.
