Quelle: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Service-level_agreement
Logistics Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are formal contracts between clients and logistics service providers that define the delivery of logistics services by means of specific, measurable performance and quality indicators (e.g. delivery times, order accuracy, inventory accuracy). They establish responsibilities, performance targets, measurement methods, reporting requirements, and penalties or incentives for non-compliance or overachievement.
