A confirmation that the goods are ready and released for loading under the Incoterms rule FAS (Free Alongside Ship) so that they can be placed alongside the vessel and loaded; under FAS, risk typically transfers to the buyer when the goods are placed alongside the ship, with costs typically borne by the buyer after the release.
