Incoterms transfer of possession
Quelle: https://iccwbo.org/resources-for-business/incoterms/
In the context of Incoterms, possession transfer refers to the point at which the buyer takes physical possession of the goods (and, where applicable, title may transfer by contract or law). Importantly, Incoterms do not govern ownership transfer; they address delivery, risk, and cost transfer rather than title.
