Incoterms Cooperation Delay

Delay in the performance of an Incoterms contract caused by a party’s failure to cooperate (e.g., late provision of documents, failure to arrange licenses or inspections, or otherwise hindered actions), which postpones or alters responsibilities and may relieve the delaying party from certain costs or obligations as defined by the applicable Incoterms clause.
