Incoterms Compliance means that the parties to a contract (seller and buyer) correctly apply the applicable Incoterms rules to allocate costs, risks, and responsibilities, and ensure that transport, delivery, and related duties are performed in accordance with the terms of the agreement and the Incoterms edition in effect.
