Identical Goods Method

When goods arrive at customs without invoice documentation or with suspicious prices, the authority applies the Identical Goods Method: it searches the customs territory for the same product sold under comparable circumstances (timing, quantity, quality, buyer category) and uses that proven price as the customs value basis.
