A process for identifying, analyzing, and engaging stakeholders involved in or affected by operations at a border terminal (such as operators, transport companies, customs and border authorities, local communities, shippers, and customers). The aim is to coordinate interests, ensure transparency and compliance, minimize risks, and enable efficient cross-border flows through aligned procedures, security measures, and customs requirements.
