Free Carrier (FCA) at the named seaport means: The seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier named by the buyer at the seaport. The risk transfers to the buyer at the moment of delivery to the carrier. The seller bears costs up to this point; the buyer arranges the main carriage and bears subsequent costs, including insurance if required.
