FCA ramp (Free Carrier ramp) means the seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier at the named place (ramp), and the risk transfers to the buyer at the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier on the named ramp. The seller bears costs up to delivery at the ramp to the carrier; the buyer assumes all costs and risks from that point onward, including transport, insurance, and onward carriage. Delivery occurs when the goods are placed on the carrier at the named ramp.
