Free Alongside Ship (FAS)

Incoterms: The seller delivers the goods when they are placed alongside the vessel at the named port of shipment. Risk and cost transfer to the buyer at that point. The seller is responsible for export clearance; the buyer bears transportation, insurance, and loading costs from the alongside-the-ship point onward.
