Risks associated with the FAS (Free Alongside Ship) Incoterm for bulk cargo. These risks concern the period when the seller places the goods alongside the vessel at the port of shipment; risk passes to the buyer once the goods are alongside the ship. Includes risks related to loading, transport to the destination port, and during loading/unloading operations, unless otherwise agreed.
