FAL Data Set

When a vessel calls at port and authorities, shipowners, and terminal operators need to exchange the same cargo data, the FAL data set provides the common language: it defines a standardized collection of data elements – including vessel identification, voyage details, cargo descriptions, consignor and consignee information, and dangerous goods data – based on the FAL Forms of the IMO Facilitation Convention.
