A practice under Ex Works where, at the time of handover, the pallets used to transport the goods are exchanged between seller and buyer. The seller makes the goods available at an agreed place; the buyer assumes responsibility for loading and for the return, reuse, or disposal of the pallets according to the agreed terms.
