Delivery at Place (DAP)

Delivery at Place (DAP) is an Incoterms rule under which the seller delivers the goods when they are placed at the disposal of the buyer on the arriving means of transport, ready for unloading at the named destination. The seller bears all risks and costs up to the named place, excluding import clearance and unloading, which are the buyer's responsibility.
