Customs brokers and freight forwarders handling shipments between the EFTA states – Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein – and Indonesia operate under the EFTA–Indonesia CEPA. CEPA, short for Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, goes beyond a standard free trade agreement by addressing not only tariff reductions but also investment protection, services trade, and intellectual property.
