Apparel cumulation under the EFTA-China FTA allows fabrics or yarns sourced from China to be cut and sewn in EFTA countries and still qualify for duty-free entry, provided processing (cutting, assembly, finishing) occurs in EFTA and the EFTA value-added meets the minimum threshold.
