In contrast to origin rules for other product categories, plastics cumulation under the EFTA-Canada Agreement offers particular flexibility: raw materials and processed plastic components from the entire EFTA region (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland) or Canada may be jointly credited as originating material.
