DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) is an Incoterms rule in which the seller bears all risks and costs to the point of unloading the goods at the named destination. The seller delivers when the goods are unloaded from the arriving means of transport and placed at the disposal of the buyer at the named place of destination. The risk transfers to the buyer at the moment the goods are unloaded and made available for unloading at the destination. The seller handles all costs up to and including unloading; the buyer bears subsequent costs such as further transport, duties, and taxes.
