Risk assessment related to the digital transformation of logistics, supply chain, and transport. Digitization risk includes potential adverse effects from the adoption, failure, or malfunction of digital systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, WMS), cyber threats, data integrity issues, dependency on third parties, and governance/compliance challenges. The aim is to identify, evaluate, and mitigate these risks through appropriate measures (security concepts, backups, redundancies, training, clear interfaces).
