DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – customs debt

DDP Zollschuld: Under Delivered Duty Paid, the seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the named destination, cleared for import, and for paying all duties, taxes, and customs charges (the customs debt). The buyer is relieved of these obligations and takes delivery at the named place with duties settled.
