Cumulation Agreement

A cumulation agreement is a bilateral or multilateral arrangement that allows products originating in one party to be treated as originating in another party for the purpose of determining preferential origin. This mechanism enables the cumulation of inputs from the contracting parties to establish eligibility for preferential trade treatment.
