The Cost Performance Index Logistics is a metric used to measure cost efficiency in logistics processes and projects. It is calculated as the ratio of the Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP) to the Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP). A value above 1 indicates cost savings, while a value below 1 indicates cost overruns.
