CFR freight contract partner

Under the CFR incoterm, the CFR freight contract partner is the party entering into the freight contract with the carrier to arrange and pay for carriage of the goods to the named destination port. The seller bears costs including freight to the destination port, while risk transfers to the buyer when the goods are loaded on board.
