CFR bulk cargo refers to a CFR contract under Incoterms for bulk, unpackaged cargo. The seller must deliver the goods on board the vessel and pay costs and freight to the named port of destination. Risk transfers to the buyer when the goods are loaded on board the vessel. Bulk cargo denotes unpackaged, homogeneous cargo such as grain, coal, or ore.
