CFR ancillary costs denotes additional charges that arise beyond the contractually agreed CFR costs. CFR (Cost and Freight) covers costs and freight to the destination port, with risk transferring to the buyer on shipment. Ancillary costs such as documentation, handling, port charges, customs duties, and other fees may be incurred separately and are not included in the CFR package.
