Exporters of rubber products from CAFTA-DR member countries (Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, USA) require an origin certificate to qualify their goods for tariff reductions when imported into the United States or other partner countries.
