ASEAN–Japan FTA – Product List Rule Check for Mechanical Engineering

A mechanical engineering manufacturer or importer must verify, when importing under the ASEAN–Japan FTA, whether the machine or machine component is listed in the agreement's current product schedule and which origin criteria must be satisfied.
