Agency Relationship

Quelle: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agency_(law)
An agency relationship is a legal connection in which one party, the agent, is authorized to act on behalf of another party, the principal, to negotiate and conclude contracts with third parties. In logistics, this typically occurs when a freight forwarder or customs broker represents the shipper.
