Time Series Decomposition
Quelle: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_series_decomposition
Time series decomposition is a statistical method for breaking a time series into its underlying components—typically trend, seasonality, and residual (noise)—to analyze underlying patterns and improve forecasting. In the logistics and supply chain context, it is used to analyze demand, inventory, or shipment data to identify seasonal fluctuations and irregular effects and optimize planning.
