Contractual penalty after grace period
Quelle: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nachfrist
A contractual penalty that becomes due if the obligated party fails to perform after the specified Nachfrist (grace period) has elapsed. The Nachfrist is a defined additional period during which the obliged party may still fulfill the obligation; if performance does not occur, the contractual penalty is payable as compensation and deterrence for the delay.
