Fault-based liability
Quelle: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Verschuldenshaftung
Fault-based liability is a form of legal responsibility in which a party is liable for damages, losses, or costs only if fault (intent or negligence) can be proven. In logistics and transport, this means claimants must demonstrate that the carrier, forwarder, or another involved party acted with fault to obtain compensation or hold a party liable.
