A set of technical guidelines, protocols and data formats (e.g. APIs, EDI messages, security and authentication mechanisms) designed to ensure interoperable, real-time exchange of temperature, location, humidity and operational status data from refrigerated containers (reefers) between specialized visibility platforms and downstream IT systems (TMS, ERP, portals).
