Outbound Reefer Carbon Benchmarking Standards
Quelle: https://www.globalcouncil.org/glec-framework/
Outbound Reefer Carbon Benchmarking Standards are defined guidelines and methodologies for systematically measuring, calculating, and assessing greenhouse gas emissions (in CO2-equivalents) from outbound refrigerated transport (reefers) within the supply chain. They specify standardized parameters—such as transport distance, payload, and energy consumption—to ensure comparability, transparency, and continuous improvement of the carbon footprint of temperature-controlled shipments.
