Jackshaft Transport Drive Systems
Quelle: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jackshaft
A jackshaft transport drive system is a mechanical drive arrangement in which an auxiliary or intermediate shaft (jackshaft) is powered by the main motor and, via belts, chains or gears, delivers torque and speed to the drives of conveyor or transport systems. This setup allows flexible speed and torque transmission, optimized motor placement and the coupling of multiple drives.
