A form of deceptive marketing in the logistics, supply chain, or transport context where a company exaggerates, misrepresents, or inadequately substantiates its environmental claims or sustainable practices to gain competitive or business advantages. The risk: customers, partners, and regulators may be misled by these false or vague claims, potentially leading to legal or reputational consequences.
