New Trade Corridor Development Programs are strategic initiatives undertaken by governmental bodies, regional organizations, or private-sector consortia to identify, plan, finance, and implement the creation or enhancement of logistical routes—including road, rail, maritime, and multimodal connections—to facilitate international trade, reduce transit times and costs, improve connectivity, and support economic growth along emerging or underutilized trade corridors.
