Heavy Load Risk Management Programs are systematic approaches and organizational measures in logistics aimed at identifying, assessing, and controlling risks associated with the transport, handling, and storage of particularly heavy or oversized goods. This includes route planning, selection of appropriate vehicles and lifting/transport equipment, personnel training, and continuous monitoring and adjustment of procedures to minimize accident, damage, and liability risks.
