Praeferenz reporting refers to the collection and submission of data related to tariff preferences under preferential trade agreements. Its purpose is to enable the claiming of reduced duties (tariff preferences) and to document compliance, including origin certificates, product classification, and other required documentation, as well as ongoing monitoring of preference conditions.
