An urban supply hub (also known as an urban distribution center or urban consolidation centre) is a logistics facility located within a city that aggregates shipments from multiple suppliers to reduce the number of delivery vehicles entering the urban core, thereby decreasing traffic congestion, emissions, and last-mile delivery costs.
