Quelle: https://iccwbo.org/resources-for-business/incoterms/
Under DAP, 'unloading organization' refers to the entity responsible for or coordinating the unloading of the goods at the named place. Delivered at Place (DAP) generally places the unloading burden on the buyer; the seller delivers the goods ready for unloading at the named place, but the actual unloading is the responsibility of the buyer or their agent.
