A non-standard term used in logistics to denote a contractual right of recourse under CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) terms, enabling a party to seek reimbursement or recourse from another party (such as the seller, carrier, or consignee) for costs or liabilities incurred during the transport and delivery under CIF terms. Not a formal Incoterms clause.
